We provide free standard shipping to customers across all serviceable cities and PIN codes in India.

📋 Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Once your order has been processed, it will move to the making/production stage where applicable.

🛠️ Making Process

For products that are made specifically after receiving an order, the making process may take approximately 15 days.

The making time is in addition to the standard delivery time mentioned below.

📦 Standard Delivery

After the order has been dispatched, standard delivery generally takes 5–8 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.

🗓️ Public Holidays

Orders may experience a slight delay during public holidays, festivals, weekends, or periods of high order volume.

Delivery timelines may therefore vary during such periods.

📍 Delivery Coverage

We provide delivery across India, covering cities and serviceable PIN codes throughout the country.

Delivery availability may depend on the serviceability of the courier partner for a particular PIN code.

📦 Packaging

All Chitra Art products are packed in bespoke custom packaging to ensure safe and secure delivery.

We take appropriate care while packaging products to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Please retain the original packaging, tags, invoice, and accessories in case you need to request a return or replacement.

⚠️ Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, natural events, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, Chitra Art will make reasonable efforts to assist you and provide available shipment updates.
